Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Maryland and Delaware, Inc. (CCCS) has rebranded as Guidewell Financial Solutions.
While our name and logo have changed, the mission and management of the company remain the same. Our new name is part of a new brand that communicates our unique and caring approach to guiding our clients toward financial health.
Our mission is to stabilize communities by creating hope and promoting economic self-sufficiency to individuals and families through financial education and counseling. As Guidewell Financial Solutions, we will continue to work toward that goal by providing the same professional, expert staff, and services you have come to know and trust from CCCS for the last 51 years.
Our new brand also symbolizes our desire to broaden our portfolio of services. New services that address our clients’ changing needs and allow us to reach and help more people are always on the horizon. Watch for them here at www.guidewellfs.org.

Clients who have usernames and passwords to My Account Login, Online Bankruptcy Counseling, or the Online Payment page will still be able to login as you always do. Your login details will remain the same— except that you will find and access the links on our new website.
The rebranding will not impact clients participating in our Debt Management Plan. While the brand name has changed, the legal entity you have contracted with has not. Our legal name will remain Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Maryland and Delaware, Inc. Creditors will continue to accept the disbersed payments. You do not need to resend paperwork, change payment arrangements, or let your creditors know. As we transition, however, you will begin to see the Guidewell Financial Solutions brand on correspondence, statements, and financial transactions.
